Lease Negotiations & "GREEN" Clauses Cocktail Hour - Thursday, July 29th
The ownership of the Santa Fe Building at 224 S. Michigan has extended an offer to host a cocktail event in their Burnham Penthouse. Attorneys from Burke, Warren, McKay & Serrittella, P.C. are offering their time to discuss Lease negotiations, Green clauses, and answer questions that members may have to offer more benefits to their clients. Beer, wine, and appetizers will be provided throughout the evening as well as access to the Penthouse balcony overlooking Millenium Park.
